I have 20 years' experience working in statistics and I am often available for further statistical consulting opportunities. I have PhD and Masters degrees in statistics (both from the University of Minnesota) and a Bachelors degree in economics and statistics (from the University of Birmingham, UK). I have worked as a university professor, statistical consultant, researcher, and government statistician, and I have written more than 15 refereed research papers in top statistics journals, as well as many more conference proceedings papers and technical reports. I have been involved with a number of statistical consulting projects over the last 15 years, including a criminal justice sentencing study, manufacturing demand management forecasting, scheduling software validation, and eco-labeling marketing surveys. I have experience in a broad range of statistical areas, including statistical theory and mathematical statistics, measure theory and probability, applied statistical methods, linear models, computational statistical methods, linear and nonlinear regression, multivariate methods, experimental design, Bayesian decision theory and data analysis, modern nonparametrics, and regression graphics.
